morning roughs

These are only at rough sketch stage. it was a scene i saw whilst listening to my firnds song so hopefully i can work it up to a finished piece to use on his album artwork. it's just ink at this stage and i'm not even sure how to work it up to colour but it will be pretty dark.
this story is based on a strange night where these characters in top hats, like ring leaders at a circus, creep around in the dark streets performing a mystical drunken ballet, in the young hours of the morning just before the sun wakes.
